Complete the Surrogate Application (As part of the application process you must include ID and 1-5 photos of yourself and/or family).
Step 3
Initial Assessment
You will be contacted by Surrogacy in Canada Online for an initial assessment by email to set up a phone consult.
Step 4
Profile Creation
Once your application has been approved and you have had a phone consult, your profile will be made available for intended parents to review. You will be able to view profiles of intended parents and can contact Surrogacy in Canada Online anytime if you have questions and/or concerns.
