My name is Zhihua (Olivia), and I am 34 years old. My husband, Weihua (William), is 39 years old. We are alumni who met at an alumni gathering. We got married in 2014, and we have been happily married for ten years.

I am a responsible, patient, and kind person, and William is a wonderful man—optimistic, funny, and caring. We rarely argue, and he always knows how to make me laugh when I am upset. He helps me dry my hair after I wash it and has dinner ready when I come home from work. I have to say, he takes very good care of me.
He always knows how to offer wise and comforting advice when I’m feeling down.
He is my husband, best friend, and teacher. I am very grateful to have him in my life.
We both have stable and well-paying jobs. I am an interior designer, and I help clients create their dream homes. William is an immigration consultant in Canada, helping people move to Canada. We are both proud of our work.

Both William and I come from loving families in China, and we believe we will grow old together, just like our parents.

Despite being married for ten years, we do not have children because I have adenomyosis, a condition that causes severe pain and heavy bleeding during my menstrual cycle. I have had to go to the hospital and receive blood transfusions due to this condition. I have also undergone several curettage surgeries over the past ten years.

We have tried IVF to have a baby, but it was not successful. But fortunately, we successfully have 8 embryos.

My doctor has suggested that surrogacy is our best hope of becoming parents.

In January, we bought a new house in a good school district. Our house is only 100 meters from the school, which will be very convenient for our future child. And there are many beautiful parks nearby. The neighbors are very friendly. Our house with six bedrooms, two large living rooms, and a big backyard. We believe our future child will have a happy and joyful childhood.

We enjoy watching movies, hiking, and traveling. We’ve already been to over ten countries, and our dream is to travel the world with our future children and explore new places together.

We will provide comprehensive support to our surrogate throughout the entire process. This includes covering all medical expenses, prenatal care, and any other costs related to her health and well-being during pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, and postpartum. We will also offer emotional support and ensure she has access to necessary resources and assistance as needed.

We hope to have a supportive and open relationship with our surrogate during and after the pregnancy. We would like to stay in regular contact, sharing updates and ensuring she feels included in the journey. We are open to discussing her preferences for communication and will make every effort to maintain a positive and respectful connection throughout the process.
