Seeking a Sacred Surrogate Mother to Help Fulfill Our Dream of Having a Child

Regarding Us:
Fate is a miraculous thing. Neither of us ever imagined that his other half was waiting on the other side of the Earth, nor did we expect someone to cross the Pacific to meet him. Henry and I met through a dating application in Vancouver, and it was love at first sight. We quickly began our romantic journey, playing tennis, working out, and traveling together. After getting to know each other and careful consideration, we decided to establish our own family and raise our child together. We joyfully got married on June 9, 2024. Although our time together has not been long, we are mature enough to recognize that we are meant for each other in this lifetime. We are determined to raise our child with an abundance of love and care. In 2023, we embarked on our surrogacy journey, had our embryos cultivated, and now we are awaiting the transfer.

Joe:
My story begins 35 years ago. In 1988, I, Joe, was born in a small, remote city in northern China. I am the second of three brothers. During my teenage years, I found that my sexual orientation was different from other boys, and I realized that in China, a country with profound discrimination against homosexuals, I could not live a free life. In pursuit of my dreams, I decided to study hard and gained admission to a university. After graduation, I gradually climbed the corporate ladder and became a marketing manager for a renowned liquor brand, responsible for the national market.

Despite the challenges in life, I still love who I am. In my spare time, I play sports, work out, travel, participate in outdoor activities, raise dogs, and lead a fulfilling life. I have always loved children, and a few years ago, my niece was born. I adore my niece and often play with her, help her learn to speak, and engage in games. My mother often expresses her hope that I have my own child, and indeed, I also wish to have a family and children of my own. However, in China, a country that prohibits same-sex marriage and surrogacy, this remains only a daydream. Therefore, I decided to seek my aspirations in a democratic and free country. After saving up for 10 years, I finally made it to Vancouver in 2023 to pursue a master’s degree. I have successfully graduated and obtained a work visa. Currently, I am in the process of applying for permanent residency in Canada and am well prepared to settle down in this promised land.

Henry:
Thirty-three years ago, my husband Henry was born, an only child with high expectations placed upon him. After graduating from university, Henry moved to Calgary with his mother. She has been always supportive and encouraging her son to find true love and a lifelong companion. Henry is widely regarded as an honest, thoughtful, and diligent person, which has deeply attracted me. His exemplary academic performance is evidenced by the diplomas he earned in Electrical Engineering and Software Development from institutions in Vancouver. Graduating at the top of his class, he seamlessly transitioned into a customer service role in 2018. This year marks an important milestone, as Henry officially became a Canadian citizen.

Future Outlook:
We have made thorough preparations for surrogacy, including extensive communication and understanding with surrogacy agencies and lawyers. We have also set aside ample funds to cover the surrogate mother’s expenses. Additionally, we save a portion of our income each month for our future child’s upbringing and education. Our mothers were thrilled upon hearing the news of us having a child and expressed their willingness to assist us in raising the child after birth.
