Cost of Surrogacy

Cost of Surrogacy

It’s important to recognize that surrogacy is an expensive process and intended parents need to be financially prepared before engaging in a surrogacy match.

Many intended parents will first focus on creating embryos to freeze and then take time to save additional funds to complete the process. We recommend intended parents have a budget of $80,000 to do a gestational surrogacy arrangement in Canada.  (If you already have frozen embryos, we recommend a budget of $60,000).

There are many variables involved with how much a surrogacy journey will cost… such as the location of the surrogate/intended parents, clinic choice, number of cycles/techniques and expenses claimed by the surrogate.  Our cost breakdown chart can assist anyone considering surrogacy whether the match is independent or through a surrogacy consultant/agency.

If you are interested in learning more about our program, you are welcome to contact us to book a free phone consultation. We recommend intended parents have a consult with a fertility lawyer before proceeding with our surrogacy program. (Please feel free to contact us for a free legal consult referral or visit our fertility lawyer list).
